What does the Facebook Messenger integration do?
The integration works by connecting Sirena to your Facebook page. This allows you to bring all the messages you receive via Facebook Messenger into Sirena and work with them in a conversational manner: it distributes clients among your agents, allows you to use templates, save contacts, transfer them between departments in your company, and even close sales. The goal is to manage all your contacts in one place.
